Refunds & Returns Policy
At Smart Select, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or replacement window to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
✅ Returns Eligibility
You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e., unused or lightly used, depending on product type).

All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

The product must not show any physical damage, such as cracks, water damage, or signs of misuse.

The IMEI or serial number must match the one we shipped.

Returns must be pre-approved and follow our returns process.
📦 Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied refund.
🔄 Replacements & Faulty Devices
We offer free replacements within 30 days for devices that are found to be factory defective (not caused by user damage or misuse).

Replacements will be made for the same make and model originally purchased.

Issues such as non-functioning batteries, charging ports, or screens due to manufacturer defects will qualify for replacement.

Cosmetic changes or preference swaps (e.g., different colour or storage capacity) are not covered under the replacement policy.
📌 If you’d like to upgrade or switch to another model, we can assist with a buyback or trade-in offer at market-related pricing.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For bank EFT payments, please ensure your banking details are provided for faster processing.

Refunds may be partial if the device shows wear, missing items, or breach of return terms.

To initiate a return or replacement:

We’ll guide you through the return approval and provide a return address.

The following items do not qualify for return or replacement:
