Refunds & Returns Policy

At Smart Select, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or replacement window to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.


✅ Returns Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e., unused or lightly used, depending on product type).

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

  • The product must not show any physical damage, such as cracks, water damage, or signs of misuse.

  • The IMEI or serial number must match the one we shipped.

  • Returns must be pre-approved and follow our returns process.

📦 Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied refund.


🔄 Replacements & Faulty Devices

We offer free replacements within 30 days for devices that are found to be factory defective (not caused by user damage or misuse).

  • Replacements will be made for the same make and model originally purchased.

  • Issues such as non-functioning batteries, charging ports, or screens due to manufacturer defects will qualify for replacement.

  • Cosmetic changes or preference swaps (e.g., different colour or storage capacity) are not covered under the replacement policy.

📌 If you’d like to upgrade or switch to another model, we can assist with a buyback or trade-in offer at market-related pricing.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For bank EFT payments, please ensure your banking details are provided for faster processing.

  • Refunds may be partial if the device shows wear, missing items, or breach of return terms.


🚚 How to Start a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return approval and provide a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement accordingly.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

The following items do not qualify for return or replacement:

  • Devices damaged due to drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs

  • Missing or altered IMEI/serial numbers

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Opened accessories such as earphones, screen protectors, or cables (unless faulty)
